Today’s word is Immanuel (God with us) !
Today’s move is the Tricep Dip!
Today’s verse is Isaiah 7:14!
“Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Listen carefully, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will call his name Immanuel (God with us). [Is 9:6; Jer 31:22; Mic 5:3-5; Matt 1:22, 23]”

Full Reflection & Prayer:
Have you ever left your house without an essential item? Perhaps it was your phone or underwear! When we leave our house without God, we leave behind our purpose, our promise and our perspective. We can become tired, irritable and upset more easily and over reliant upon ourselves. Today God wants to remind you he is with you wherever you go, you just have to look to Him!
The idea that God leaves us alone is fake news. What we believe is that we have control to remove God from a certain scenario. Instead, all we do is remove our authority, our favor and our God given potential away instead. It’s like surrendering your God right, similar to a birth right, but totally different. You cease to have relationship with God when you remove yourself, not because God disappeared and deserted you. We have to listen, lean in and glean from Gods word.
It’s essential for us to believe, breathe and break false realities to remain in constant contact, communication and clarity with God. Without him we can do little, with Him we can do more than we ever hoped or imagine. Invite God into your day today, into your circumstances and your conversations. Let God speak, let God send and let God save you again today!
Prayer…
Father God be with us today as we explore the world in new ways in 2025. Help us to not become weary in doing good and seek first the Kingdom of God. Believe in me today O Lord as I often fail to believe your with me, help me today O Lord as I will fall and fail and O Lord be with me always, even to the very end of the age in Jesus name. Amen
