Today’s word is Trust!
Today’s move is Calf Stretches!
Today’s verse is Isaiah 46:3!
“Listen to Me,” [says the Lord], “O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel, You who have been carried by Me from your birth And have been carried [in My arms] from the womb,”

Prayer & Reflection: Trust is an awkward thing to discuss around teenagers, young adults or the next generation. Our media makes it more identifiable to be skeptical than to trust or believe in someone or something. The rhetoric of fake news and false truth have made us all a little bit more weary of other people and less likely to be open to new connections or relationships.
As a result, we have to find a way to be able to build bridges, to make space and to develop an opportunity for friendship and networks to feed our soul. One way of doing that is looking to connect with someone, not for an agenda, but to build a genuine friendship. Perhaps just try it once, go to a networking event, accept an invitation or invite a contact for coffee. Where ever you land or how ever you decide to connect; let’s make an authentic connection!
I am praying today that you make a decision to reach out, seek for a one to one meeting and you build authentic connections! Let’s make our lives more joyful again with new friends and new friendships!
Let us Pray…
Father God help us to reach out to a friend, a new connection or new person to help us find shared space where we can both grow and learn together. Lord we miss the in person authentic connection and need it more! We pray for an authentic connection in Jesus name. Amen
